Kamakura, Yokohama & Tokyo Bay Drive 1-Day Bus Tour 1. Please note that the tour may not visit the Mt. Komagatake Ropeway in cases of heavy traf c. The tour will not be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. In addition, the arrival time may also be delayed. (The estimated arrival time is between 20:00-22:00) 2. If Fuji Visitor Center is closed or the tour is behind schedule due to traf c, the visit to Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped. 3. If the roadway to Mt. Fuji’s 5th station should be blocked due to road surface freezing, the tour would be taken to the highest elevation point possible. 4. As temperatures drop signi cantly on Mt. Fuji, it is highly recommended to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing from fall to spring. 5. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded even if the full view of Mt. Fuji is not visible due to weather conditions. 6. The Komagatake Ropeway or Lake Ashi cruise may be omitted or substituted depending on traf c, weather conditions, or other operational concerns. However the tour will not be cancelled or refunded even in such cases. If either or both are omitted the following are the alternative choices: Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Check Point, Lake Kawaguchi cruise, pirate boat on Lake Ashi, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani Valley, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, and Itchiku Kubota Art Museum.7. Please apply for GPS audio guide at the time of reservation. The number of GPS audio guides is limited, so they may not be available to each of you.8. The tour guide may not accompany back to Tokyo from Odawara Station. In this case, the manner of returning will be informed in advance. 9. Note the bus may make multiple stops at hotels in the Hakone area after sightseeing concludes.(Japan Combination Package including 2/3-Day Sunrise Highlights)10. Arrival at Kyoto on Day 1 is estimated around 10:00 p.m., however may be past 11:00 p.m. depending on traf c conditions.11. When traveling from Odawara to Kyoto on day-1 of the tour, participants may be required to transfer trains at either Shizuoka or Nagoya Station. In such cases, staff will provide instructions on the day.12. If the tour is delayed due to heavy traf c congestion, or other operational concerns, non-reserved seating may be used for the Shinkansen ride between Odawara and Kyoto. Please note that seating will be non-reserved, so you may have to stand if the train is busy.Mt. Fuji-Hakone Tour 1. Areas requiring admission fees at Kasuga Taisha Shrine will not be visited.2. Drop off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel, Hotel Monterey Kyoto, and Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto cannot be provided during Gion Festival (July 14th-16th) due to traf c restrictions. 3. The tour may not visit Nara Nagomikan if it is closed or due to traf c conditions. 4. Connections to Kyoto Night Tour and Kyoto Maiko Dinner are not possible due to time constraints.Nara Afternoon Tour 1. Chishaku Temple will be visited when Heian Jingu Shrine is closed to Jidai Festival on October 22nd. If the festival is postponed, changes in the itinerary may also be postponed.2. Drop off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel, Hotel Nikko Princes Kyoto, and Hotel Monterey Kyoto cannot be provided during Gion Festival (July 14th-16th) due to traf c restrictions.3. Connection to the Kyoto Maiko Dinner is available at New Miyako Hotel or Kiyomizu-dera Temple’s bus parking lot.4. Connection to the Kyoto Night Tour is available at Kyoto Hotel Okura or Kiyomizu-dera Temple’s bus parking lot. 5. Areas requiring admission fee at Heian Jingu Shrine will not be visited.Kyoto Afternoon Tour 1. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Please bring an overcoat or other warm clothing from fall to spring. 2. Please note that no stop will be made for lunch on day-1 of the tour. Lunch is not included in the tour. We recommend purchasing lunch before departure and eating on the train.3. Kusakabe Folk Museum and Kami Sannomachi Town may be visited on Day 2 instead of Day 1.4. If Wada Residence is closed or there is heavy snowfall, Nagase Residence or Myozenji Temple will be visited instead. 5. Transportation by bus on Day 2 will be a shared ride. Local transportation will be used for Day 3.6. Depending on traf c, weather, or other operational concerns, a highway bus or private chartered bus may be used for transportation between Takayama and Kanazawa, and a private bus may be used for transportation between Takayama and Kanazawa.7. If you have seafood allergy, please request vegetarian meal upon reservation. The request on the tour date can not be accepted.2. If the Female Divers Huts or Mikimoto Pearl Island is closed due to inclement weather, inspections or other reasons, the tour will visit the Meotoiwa (Wedded Rocks) , Toba Aquarium or Futami Sea Paradise.3. Seating may not be available when using public transportation.4. Toba Ichibangai may be omitted due to traf c conditions.5. The express train may be used due to train schedule adjustments.6. Casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.7. If the Female Divers Huts is closed due to inclement weather, inspections or other reasons, lunch will be held at either a Western or Japanese-style restaurant in the Ise, or Toba area.8. In cases of delays due to timetable changes, or traf c congestion, participants may be required to transfer from the rapid express train bound for Namba, which departs from Toba Station, at Uehommachi Station and take the local train.Ise-Shima Tour1. Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and the year end. During these dates, the tour will visit Kitano-tenmangu Shrine instead. The same is true of the period before and after the public viewing of the Kyoto Imperial Palace in April and October, May 14 to May 17 due to the Aoi Festival, as well as when there is an Imperial Household event.2. Nishi Honganji Temple will be visited on Jan. 25, Apr. 25, Jul. 25 and Oct. 25 instead of Kitano-tenmangu Shrine.3. Nijo Castle is closed on every Tuesday in January, July, August, December and the year end. During these dates, the tour will visit Ryoanji Temple instead.4. Before entering Kyoto Imperial Palace, it is required to complete a form indicating full name, nationality, gender, and age. Kyoto Morning Tour 1. Due to expected traf c congestion during the peak autumn season, the tour will not visit the Kegon Falls or Lake Chuzenji between October 10th and November 8th. During these dates, the tour will visit either the Rinno-ji Temple Taiyu-in Mausoleum, Nikko Futarasan Jinja Shrine, the Kirifuri Falls, or the Nikko Tamozawa Imperial Villa.2. The tour may also be changed to the above itinerary on dates other than that listed above due to traf c congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for changes in the itinerary. 3. Note arrival times may be delayed due to traf c conditions as this tour will travel by bus. 4. As temperatures drop in Nikko, it is highly recommended to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing from fall to spring.5. This tour involves walking the hills and stairs of Toshogu Shrine and Kegon Falls. Comfortable, loose- tting clothing and sneakers are recommended. 6. Earphone devices will be provided at Nikko Toshogu Shrine in order to directly hear the tour guide. However this may not apply if there are less than 15 participants. 7. A ne of JPY 10,000 may be charged if earphones are lost or damaged. 8. Please note that due to repair and restoration work, part or all of Toshogu Shrine’s Yomeimon Gate may not be visible.Nikko World Heritage 1-Day TourTour Remarks1. During the cherry blossom season (around Mar. 21 - Apr. 12), due to change in time schedule of Sumida River Cruise, the nish time of the tour may be late. And a visit to Sumida River Cruise may be replaced by Sumida Park in case of overcrowding.2. Sumida River Cruise may be cancelled without notice depending on river conditions.
